Each lesson is tailored to the student’s age, experience, learning style, musical interests, and individual goals. Beginning students develop strong foundations in keyboard skills, technique, rhythm, music reading, ear training, and musical expression, while more experienced pianists continue to refine their technique, expand their repertoire, and deepen their musicianship.
Repertoire is thoughtfully selected to provide the right balance of challenge and enjoyment, with opportunities to explore classical, contemporary, jazz, popular music, and other styles depending on the student’s interests and the instructor’s approach.
Whether learning piano for the first time, preparing for a performance or audition, returning to the instrument after years away, or simply playing for the joy of making music, private lessons provide individualized guidance and a clear path for continued growth.
Lessons are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute formats, allowing each student to choose the option best suited to their age, level, and musical goals.
For children under age 5, please contact us before registering. Enrollment is considered on an individual basis following a brief introductory meeting to determine whether the child is ready for the focus and structure of private piano lessons.

Piano Lessons

For our youngest learners ages 5 and up, we welcome parents to stay and be part of the musical journey.
The parents presence during the lesson can help the little ones feel secure and confident, while also giving families the tools to make practice time at home enjoyable and successful.
What to expect in your first lesson?
During your special first visit, the instructor will take time to get to know your child - their personality, how they like to learn, and what excites them about music.We’ll gently explore their current abilities and begin building a foundation for musical joy.
